Terms and Conditions

Please book your place by filling in all your details. Once you have booked and paid your deposit, balance or full amount, you will receive confirmation and all these details will be emailed to you (to the email address you gave in your details). If you wish the details to be posted, please email us. it is not until we confirm acceptance of the booking, that a contract comes into existence between you and Britain's Best Photography.

The 4 day Wedding & Portrait is the only course that requires a deposit and this is a deposit of £250 that is required at the time of booking. This deposit is normally non-refundable. All the other courses and seminars require full payment on Booking. A confirmation will then be emailed. Once we confirm acceptance of the booking, a contract then comes into existence between us.

If a deposit had been required, the balance of the monies is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the course. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the start date, please pay in full. Should the balance payment fail to reach us by the date specified in our confirmation, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.

Your deposit and/or the balance (if the 4 day Wedding & Portrait) once paid are not normally refundable if you cancel your course, but we can make a refund less a £25 handling charge, if we can re-let your place. You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of cancellation. 

The payment in full for any of the Annabel’s Roadshow event or the 2 day Chatsworth event is normally non refundable but we can make a refund less a £25 handling charge, if we can re-let your place. You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of cancellation. 

If for some reason, the seminar/workshop/event is unable to run (eg. due to lack of numbers), we reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule it. We endeavour to inform guests as soon as possible in this event and to inform them of a re-scheduled date or to refund as appropriate.

If for some reason, one (or more) of the photographic tutor(s) are unable to attend for any reason including sickness, travel disruption, personal circumstances etc, we are entitled to find a replacement photographic tutor(s) at short notice. If this is unachievable, we shall continue to run the seminar/workshop/event without that tutor(s) and shall advise all our clients as soon as we possibly can. An appropriate refund will then be given.
We reserve the right to change any of the prices or particulars contained in our seminar/workshop/event  before we enter into a contract with you. If there is any change, we shall notify you as soon as is possible.

If you find that you need to cancel the seminar/workshop/event for any reason, please email or ring as soon as possible. We will try and find replacement from our waiting list of guests or from someone seeing it advertised on our website. Only if a replacement is found will we offer a refund minus the £25 admin fee. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU GET INSURANCE COVER TO COVER YOU IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO CANCEL AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE REFILLING YOUR PLACE.

Please note that prices do not include accommodation and this extra cost is the responsibility of each guest. Britain's Best Photography will always try and advise suitable accommodation and associated prices.

All refreshments, lunches, stationary and tuition are included in the price for the whole duration of the seminar/workshop/event.
Britain's Best  does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client (or any other person), unless proven to arise from negligence on our part. Any claims made by the client shall, be subject to English law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English courts.

The client must inform Britain's Best of any perceived failure of the seminar/workshop/event whilst on the course, thus giving the company the opportunity of achieving a satisfactory solution. Should this not be possible,  your complaint must be made in writing to us within 28 days after the end date of the seminar/workshop/event.

By booking on any Britain's Best Photography courses or seminars,  you are agreeing to accept all of these Terms and Conditions.
